Dont waste your money!!!!

I downloaded this app 2 days ago and paid to unlock all the programs. I have no sound on any of them!!! I emailed customer service immediately but havent heard back at all. Not even to acknowledge they have received the email. I want my money back!!! This app is useless without sound.
